This year was challenging for most of us, some of us gained a little bit more insight who they really are, many had a life crisis (ehem me) and some where just chilling and enjoying alone time. My absolute favorite was number 5. I never thought of being nicer to myself could also motivate me to accomplish more and that sometimes I can’t do more and that’s okay.
