Selfcare question today:

At the moment I’m really struggling with spending time with myself. Not taking the time, spending. Yes, I know I have the privilege of so much time for myself, but I’m freaking out about it. Why? I don’t know. Maybe because I want to be as less as possible on my screens and all things that I can do without are mostly cleaning or reading.
I’ve started working out again, trying new recipes, but there is no relaxation for me. No fun mode. Do you know this feeling? What about you, do you have a routine when you are all by yourself? Would love to try new things.

PS: I love the music of Bishop Briggs at the moment, I’m learning a dance choreography of her song River now and what could I say I’m totally into this rocky and motivational vibes. You can check it out here.

Love you all, Annie. ❤

  1. So much of what we do nowadays involves screens but maybe that isn’t the worst thing? I’ve been taking a couple of online courses which made me feel productive despite being stuck at home:) Keep pushing through, you can do it!

    1. Yes, that’s right. Yeah I like to do some skillshare classes, too. I’m really into learning more about myself and creativity. Thank you, you too!

  2. I have 3 posts you might find helpful, one is my morning self care routine, another being how to cope with change and understanding your feelings and thoughts better, and finally one about getting rid of toxic people for you mental health. You should check them out, they might be helpful for you. ❤

    1. Thank you. That’s very nice I’ll check them out. 😀
I’ve also written a blogpost about how to feel better by cutting out negativity, but now it’s bit better because the lockdown restrictions are loosening a bit. 🙂
